Save the Date: Wednesday January 16th from 6:30pm-8:30pm we will be hosting the Perioperative Genomics & Research Happy Hour. Dr. Waterman is giving the keynote on Perioperative Genomics to be followed by presentations from our faculty on basic research, clinical research, public policy research, and global health opportunities. Drs. Benumof and Manecke will also be giving a presentation on book chapter writing. This evening is aimed bringing residents up to date on peri-op genomics and then having researchers briefly (~6 minutes + questions) present projects for CA2 residents before they decide on research months/electives for their CA3 year. All residents will be invited, but CA2 residents will be required to attend (this is the night before CA2 January education day). Further details to follow!
