BIG UPDATE. We got a late Sunday evening update to the UCSD mask use policy. UCSD has walked back their policy against universal masking. Per new guidelines 3/29/2020, everyone entering the hospital will receive a earloop mask. We are recommended to use masks for ALL face-to-face patient encounters.
